指标确定后,若不加于定义和说明,或定义模糊不清、不准,很容易引起歧义,造成误解而偏离考核的本意。这就要求我们必须要准确定义,做到不用解释,任何人看到都能理解。
我们的考核方式为年度考核,都是考核项目或者是关键工作内容。我分享我们HR几个KPI吧。
1. Total C&B and HR cost growth should be lower than sales increase ≤15%
A.Total C&B and HR cost growth at 12.5%
B.Total C&B and HR cost growth at 13%
C.Total C&B and HR cost growth at 14%
D.Total C&B and HR cost growth at 15%
E.Total C&B and HR cost growth over 15%
2. Rate of on time salary & bonus payment ≥99%
A.Rate of on time payment =100%
B.Rate of on time payment =99%
C.Rate of on time payment =98%
D.Rate of on time payment =97%
E.Rate of on time payment =95%
3. Finish HR SOP by June 30th
A.Finish all SOP and get approval by May 30th
B.Finish all SOP and get approval by June 30th
C.Finish all SOP and get approval by July 31th
D.Finish all SOP and get approval by August 30th
E.Finish all SOP and get approval by September 30th
4.Implement performance appraisal system in the organization
A.Implement the system all aver the organization and IT system can be ready in June
B.Part of employees have SMART target and IT system can be ready in July
C.Only managers has SMART target and IT system can be ready in August
D.Delay the implementation till end of the year and system is not stable
E.Didn't communicate clearly with the team regarding the system or IT system is not ready
